Beef and Egg Roll Recipe
If you are a spring roll or egg roll lover, then you have to try this beef and egg roll. It is easy to learn, and only takes a few minutes to do.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
5 oz./ 150 g beef, cut into 1/8- inch thick slices, 3-inches long
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/3 cup water
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for pan-frying

Directions:
1. Wrap each egg tightly with 2 beef slices according to the picture.

2. Heat 2 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok on high heat until hot, pan-fry egg beef rolls over medium heat, wrinkled and lightly browned through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add 1 tbsp. light soy sauce, 1 tsp. brown sugar and 1/3 cup water, stirring and tossing continually, ensures that sauce covers egg beef rolls evenly, then reduce heat to simmer until the sauce thickens and is nearly reduced.
4. Remove to a plate and serve hot.
