Beef and Oyster Sauce Stir-fry Recipe
An unique way to enjoy beef – juicy oyster sauce and beef stir-fry recipe, which only needs a couple of easy-to-prep ingredients, and less than 10 minutes of cooking time.

Ingredients:
200 g / 7 oz. beef, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
5 stalks Chinese broccoli
3 slices ginger
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. white sugar
Marinade:
1 tbsp. black pepper powder
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1 tbsp. rice wine, or dry sherry
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. white sugar
Directions:
1. Mix the beef and the marinade in a bowl, let marinate for about 30 minutes.

2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, blanch the Chinese broccoli for about 1-2 minutes, drain well and remove to cold water, drain well again, cut into sections, and transfer to a plate.

3. Making sauce in a bowl by mixing 1 tbsp. oyster sauce, 1 tbsp. white sugar, and 1 tbsp. cornstarch together.
4. Preheat a wok over high for 1 minute before adding 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, then add beef back, stir fry over high heat for about 2 minutes, then remove to a plate.

5. Saute chopped scallion, and ginger slices with the remaing oil in the wok, about 30 seconds, do not brown, swirl into the sauce, bring to a boil.
6. Put the beef back, stir fry over high heat for 3 - 4 minutes until done.

7. Serve on a plate.
