Honey Grilled Beef Recipe
This very simple grilled recipe is easy to make. And the chili bean sauce really adds a subtle accent to this deliciously different recipe. See how it's done.

Grill, bowl, plate.
Serves 3
Ingredients:
14 oz./ 400 g beef, cut into strips
2 tbsps. light soy sauce
2 tbsps. chili bean sauce
2 tbsps. white sugar
2 tbsps. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsps. rice wine, or dry sherry
Vegetable oil, as needed for grill
Directions:
1. Rinse beef well, then combine with all the ingredients together in a bowl, marinate for 5 hours ahead of time.

2. Preheat the grill on medium heat until hot, lightly oil and lay the beef strips out on, cook about 20 minutes, and turn over, brushing oil over the cooked side, grill another 20 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.


3. Slice well and arrange on a plate afterwards. Serve with any glaze if desired, optionally with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
