Spicy Grilled Beef Recipe
The tangy beef and tasty sauce works so well with the subtle smokeness from the grill, spicy grilled beef recipe is an easy, but impressive Chinese meal.

Grill, bowl, serving plate.
Serves 3
Ingredients:
14 oz. / 400g beef
2 tbsps. light soy sauce
2 tbsps. chili bean sauce
2 tbsps. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsps. Chinese rice wine, or dry sherry
2 tbsps. white sugar
Vegetable oil, as needed for grill
Directions:
1. Rinse beef well, cut into strips, then combine with all the ingredients together in a bowl, marinate for 5 hours ahead of time.

2. Preheat the grill on medium heat, when hot, lightly oil, then lay the beef strips out on it, cook about 20 minutes, and turn over, brushing oil over the cooked side, grill another 20 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.


3. Slice well, arrange neatly on a serving plate then, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
