Orange Vegetable Salad
Orange Vegetable salad - an easy, but impressive dish, the rice vinegar and black pepper adds an extra kick to this easy-to-make Chinese salad recipe.

Utensils:

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber, cut into thin strips, about 1-inch length
1 orange, peeled and cut into small pieces, about 1-2-inches length
1/2 cup chopped cleaned spinach
1/2 red pepper, seed, cut julienne

Seasonings:
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. rice vinegar, or lime juice
1 tbsp. honey liquid
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsps. Crusted toasted walnut meat
Directions:
1. Add all the seasonings in a bowl, stir to mix well.

2. Add all the ingredients in a big bowl, pour the sauce over them, stirring to incorporate the sauce.
3. Serve.
