Cheese Broccoli Pie Recipe
These cheese broccoli pie are ready to coat with your favorite sauce, cook these delicious Chinese food at your party with your friends and family.

Ingredients:
7oz./ 200 g broccoli
1 tbsp. crushed garlic cloves
1/2 cup cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Rinse the broccoli well through running water, then shred into small parts.

2. Put a large pot of water on to a boil, blanch the broccoli for 1-2 minutes, or until turns a jade green.
3. Drain them well in a colander and remove to a big bowl, combine with shredded cheese, crushed garlic cloves, salt, olive oil, and ground black pepper, mix well and place on the baking try.

4. Set the temperature of the oven as 320 degree F, put it to bake until the cheese turns golden.
5. Remove from the oven to a plate, when cool enough to handle, serve.
