Cheese Mushroom Bake Recipe
The name says it all, this is a special mushroom recipe as the cheese really adds a special flavor, and the mushrooms are cooked in oven as well.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Utensils:
Oven (should be preheated to 320 degrees F), mixing bowl, serving plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. flour
6 dried black mushrooms
1 red pepper, seeded, diced
1 beaten egg, whisked lightly
2 slices ginger, minced
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
1 stalk celery, diced
1/3 cup shredded cheese
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
1 sausage, removed casing, cut into small pieces

Directions:
1. Soak the mushrooms in warm water for about 20 minutes, then drain well and remove the stems.
2. Add all the ingredients except the sausage, mushrooms, and cheese in a mixing bowl, stir to combine, until a paste forms.

3. Fill the back of the mushrooms with the paste, then scatter some chopped sausage over the paste. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese evenly.

4. Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F, lay them on a baking tray, bake until heated through and the cheese on the top starts to brown, about 15 minutes, turning once, until nicely browned on bothsides.

5. Take out from the oven, when cool enough to handle, serve.
