Coriander Shrimp Egg Recipe
What better ways to enjoy fresh shrimp and egg, than in this delicious coriander-scented shrimp egg recipe?

Wok, bowl, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
10 shrimp meat, peeled, deveined, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 beaten eggs, whisked lightly
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
1 tbsp. chopped coriander
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to properly coat with the whisked egg.

2. Lightly oil the bottom of a wok with vegetable oil, pour the mixture into it.

3. Turn on heat to low, cover and cook until done, about 3 minutes.
4. Remove to a board, cut into squares, serve hot on a plate then.
