Cream Corn Recipe
This is a classic Chinese food recipe that goes well over most grilled dishes. And it is really easy to make your own at home.

Utensils:

Serves 6
Ingredients:
6 corns
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1-2 tbsps. cream
1.5-2 cups water
4 tbsps. peanut powder
2 tbsps. toasted sesame seeds
Seasonings:
3 tbsps. light soy sauce
3 tbsps. black pepper powder
4 tbsps. sugar
Directions:
1. Put the skillet over high heat, lay 3 of them on, add 1 tbsp. garlic powder, 1-2 tbsps. cream, and 1.5-2 cups water to cover, then put on the lid and bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to medium high, keep stew for another 5 minutes.
2. Add into all the seasonings, stir to combine with the corns, cook over medium high heat until the sauce thickens.
3. Sprinkle with peanut powder, sesame seeds.
4. Remove from the skillet, serve hot.
