Crispy Potato Pie
If you are a pizza lover, then you have to give this satisfying, low-fat potato pie a try, it is simple to master and great in taste as well.

Cook time: 10 minutes.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsps. flour
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
2 tbsps. sesame seeds
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1/2 -1 potato, peeled, cut into thin matchstick sized strips
1 stalk celery, cut diagonally into 1-inch strips

Directions:
1. In a big bowl, combine all the ingredients, stir to mix well.

2. Heat 2-4 tbsps. vegetable oil in the wok over high heat, when the oil is hot but not yet smoking, pour into the mixture evenly, then reduce to low and cover, let cook until the bottom side turns golden, then turn it over with the help of a spatula, let cook the other side over low heat until golden.
3. Remove from the wok to a plate, then cut into small parts and arrange neatly on a plate, serve hot.
