Egg Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled
4 oz. cookies
10 cherry tomatoes, trim off the stems
3 tbsps. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. ground black pepper

Directions:
1. Cut hard boiled egg into samll cubes, then in a mixing bowl combine with ground black pepper and mayonnaise, mix well.

2. Put 1 tbsp. egg cube mixture on the cookie, top with another cookie, then garnish with cherry tomatoes, arrange on a plate and serve.

Tips:
If cookies are not available, bread is also OK.
