Egg Pumpkin Pie Recipe

This crispy egg pumpkin pie is a delicious and comforting dish that you can even customize with your favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients:
7 oz./ 200 g pumpkin, seeded, peeled, grated
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsps. white sugar
3 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Divide the mixture into 2-3 parts.
3. Heat 3 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok until hot, cook the mixture over medium high heat, turn and cook the other side when turns golden.

4. When bothsides are golden, remove from the wok to a plate, let cool 5 minutes before serving.
