Garlicky Crispy Sausage Recipe
If your brain wants garlic, but your heart want sausage, why don't give this garlicky sausage recipe a try? Its intense flavor and rich texture go great with things like cake, bread, and fresh berries.

Non-stick skillet/wok, serving plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 sausage meat, casing removed
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 tbsps. crushed garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Slice the sausage according to the picture, then lay them out on the non-stick skillet or a wok, turn on heat to medium.


2. When desired doneness is reached, remove from the skillet, dry on kitchen papers then.

3. In a separate wok, add 1 tbsp. olive oil, heat till hot, then saute the crushed garlic cloves and chopped cilantro until aromatic, about 20 seconds, then add the cooked sausage back.

4. Cook, stirring to mix everything together, dish out and serve immediately.
