Crispy Ham Cheese Pie Recipe
In this classic Chinese food recipe, the combination of cheese, ham, egg, and crumbs is one of those heaven-made matches that you simply must try if you haven't.

Wok, bowl, kitchen papers, serving plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 pieces lean pork or beef
1 piece cheese
1 piece ham
1 egg
4 tbsps. flour
1/2 cup breadcrumb
5 tbsps. vegetable oil
Directions:
1. On the cutting board, tapping the meat firmly with the back of a knife blade, you don't want to chop them, only to slightly tap them.
2. Put the ham (should be smaller than the lean pork) on the lean pork, put the cheese on the ham.
3. Mix 2 tbsps. flour with enough water to make a smooth paste, then brush on the edge of the lean pork.
4. Combine them together as the picture said. Coat with flour properly in a plate accodring to the picture.

5. Beat the egg in a bowl, whisk lightly, coat the lean pork wth the egg cream evenly, then coat with the breadcrumb lightly according to the picture.
6. Add 5 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok, heat until it is shimmering on the bottom and very hot but not yet smoking, deep fry each for about 3-5 minutes over medium heat until golden, drain well on kitchen papers.
7. Serve on a plate, slice as you would.
