Honey Sweet Potato Recipe

Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch length sections
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2-1tbsp. light soy sauce, low sodium
2 tbsps. honey liquid
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. Place the sweet potatoes into a bowl with 2 tbsps. water to cover, then place in the microwave, cook until done, about 5 minutes.

2. Make dressing by mix light soy sauce and honey liquid together in a bowl.

3. Add 2 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok, then turn on the heat to high, swirl the oil until it is hot, drain the sweet potatoes well, then cook over medium heat, swirl in the light soy sauce and honey mixture, stirring and tossing to mix everything together, when the sweet potatoes are golden, turn off the heat.
4. Remove from the wok to a plate, top with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeeds before serving.
