Sweet and Sour Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients:
10 mushrooms, quartered
1 tbsp. chopped tangerine peel
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp. chopped coriander

Marinade:
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsps. lemon juice
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Whisking all the marinade together in a bowl, preheat a wok over high heat till hot, heat the marinade until the brown sugar melts, then remove to a bowl for later use.
2. Stir 1 tbsp. chopped tangerine peel, 1 tbsp. olive oil, and 1 tbsp. sesame oil into the marinade, combine to mix well.

3. Place the mushrooms in a big bowl, spoon over the marinade evenly to properly coat with the sauce.

4. Cover and let sit for 3 hours in the refrigerator to absorb the flavors.
5. Top with a sprinkling of chopped coriander and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
