Easy Roasted Peanuts Recipe
Have you ever tried to cook peanuts in a special way? If not, give this crispy roasted peanuts recipe a try! It only needs a couple of ingredients, and it is very fast to make as well.

Ingredients:
7 oz./ 200 g peanuts
5 tbsps. white sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tbsp. Szechuan peppercorn powder
1 tbsp. five-spice powder
3-5 tbsps. vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Microwave the peanuts over medium heat until cooked, if you do not have a microwave at hand, please heat 3-5 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok until it is shimmering on the bottom and very hot, but not yet smoking, add the peanuts and stir fry over low to medium high heat, wrinkled and lightly browned through, about 3 minutes, stirring with fork or chopsticks continually.
2. Place them on a plate, let cool 5 minutes, then peel.

3. Place a separate wok over low heat, add 5 tbsps. white sugar and 1/2 cup water, cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sugar melts, do not brown.

4. When the water is reduced, whisk in all the other sesaonings, stir them over low heat until thickens.
5. Place the peanuts back into the wok in which it was cooked, stirring, gently toss once or twice, until all of them are coated.
6. Turn off the heat, remove to a plate, let cool 5 minutes before serving.
