Sesame Seeds Beef Pie

Ingredients:
7 oz./ 200 g ground beef
4 dried black mushrooms
1 tbsp. ground ginger root
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
1 beaten egg, whisked lightly
2 tbsps. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. Chinese rice wine, or dry sherry

Directions:
1. Soften the dried black mushrooms by soaking in warm water for about 20 minutes, trim off stems and squeeze out the excess water, cut into small pieces then.
2. Mix the ground beef, black mushroom cubes, chopped scallion, ground ginger, whisked egg, and Chinese rice wine together in a bowl, then spread on the baking try according to the picture.

3. Top with a sprinkling of chili powder, then a layer of sesame seeds over it.

4. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F, bake about 10 minutes, or until completely cooked through.

5. Remove from the oven to a plate, cut into 1-inch squares, let cool 5 minutes before serving.
