Sesame Seeds Pancake Recipe
In China, sesame seeds pancake is one of the traditional food, which only takes you a few minutes to make, and the crust can really satisfy your stomach.

Cook time: 8 minutes
Utensils:
Oven, rolling pole, big basin, serving plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
11 oz. / 300 g flour
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-2 cups of water
Directions:
1. In a big basin, add 11 oz. flour and drizzle in 1/2 cup water occasionally while making dough, knead for 3-5 minutes. Then cover the dough with a wet cloth when finish, leave stand for about 1-2 hours.

2. Roll out the dough into a large flat bread according to the piture.

3. Pour 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup flour on the flat bread, mix them well, spread evenly on the surface, then pick up all the rims and nip them together, roll out into a falt bread again.

4. Drizzle over a dash of water, sprinkle sesame seeds evenly on bothsides, gently press it so that it adheres to the surface.

5. Then put it into oven and bake until bothsides turns golden brown.

6. Remove from the baking tray to the serving plate, cut into small pieces, serve hot.
