Shrimp and Chinese Long Bean Recipe
The combination of Chinese long bean and shrimp is excellent, along with the tasty vinegar and sesame oil, you must have a refreshing impression of Chinese food.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
7 oz. / 200 g Chinese long bean
1.3 oz. / 50 g shrimp
1 red chili, cut into slices
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
1 slice ginger, minced
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Cut long bean into 1/2-1 inch sections.
2. Bring a large pot of water into boil, then blanch long bean sections for 1 minute, or until turns jade green.
3. Rinse shrimp well under water, then drain well, remove to a big mixing bowl.
4. Add other ingredients into the mixing bowl, mix well.
5. Serve on a plate.
