Crispy Pepper Egg Pie Recipe
What better ways to enjoy green pepper, red pepper, and egg together, than in this delicious pepper egg pie recipe?

Utensils:
Wok, bowl, serving plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1/2 green pepper, seeded, diced
1/2 red pepper, seeded, diced
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
3 large eggs, whisked lightly
1 tbsp.cornstarch, mixed with 4 tbsps. water in a bowl
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. In a bow, whisk egg with red and green pepper cubes, cornstarch and water mixture, and 1 tsp.salt, mix well.

2. Preheat a wok over medium heat for 1 minute before adding 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, drizzling the oil to coat the wok.
3. When the oil is hot, reduce to low heat and pour into the egg and pepper mixture evenly, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Remove the lid, check whether the eggs are firm and golden, if so, turn and cook the other side with the lid on over low heat for 2-3 minutes.

5. When cooked, turn off the heat, let it cool completely in the wok before cut into squares.
6. Serve on a plate then.
