Colourful Egg Pudding Recipe
This colourful egg pudding is one of the classic Chinese food, I bet you will eat up it at one sitting.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 salted duck eggs
3 preserved eggs
1 tsp. lard
2 tbsp. chicken stock
1 tsp. sesame oil, as desired
Directions:
1. In a bowl, lightly whisk the egg, in the meantime, stir into lard and chicken stock.
2. Peel the preserved eggs and salted duck eggs, cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix together with the whisked egg in a bowl.

3. Put a large pot of water on to boil, put on the basket, then put on the bowl in question, cover and let cook 12 minutes over medium high heat.
4. When finished, remove the bowl from the basket, slice egg pudding into thin strips and arrange neatly on a serving plate, drizzle splash of sesame oil if desired, serve then.
