Egg Soup

This is a classic egg soup that goes well over most dishes, and the soup can be eaten at any time of the day.

Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Utensils:
Steamer, bowl.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
4 raw eggs
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs in a big bowl, add 1 cup water, mix them well.
2. Add salt, chopped scallion, and sesame oil, stir to mix well.
3. Bring a steamer of water on the a boil, put on the bowl, steam for about 10 minutes over high heat until cooked.
4. Serve.
