Juicy Egg Toast

Juicy Egg Toast


Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes

Utensils
Frying pan, toaster, plate.

Serves 2.

Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 slice bread
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for pan-frying
Directions:
1. Toast the bread well in the toaster, then cut into bite-sized chunks, remove to a plate. If you don’t have a toaster at hand, try to pan-fry the bread instead.

2. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds, add 2 tbsps.vegetable oil when hot, beat an egg in.

3. When the egg begins to sizzle, put on the lid, reduce to low heat, keep warm on low heat while cooking until the egg is about half way set, which will take about 3-4 minutes.

4. When finished, transfer to a plate, and then cut it into small cubes, pour over the bread before serving.
