Papaya Egg Pudding
This satisfying, low-fat papaya egg pudding is very nutritious, and rich with the flavor of papaya.

Cook time: 20 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, pot, ball cuter, 3 bowls
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1-2 papaya, about 7oz. each
1 raw egg, beaten, whisked lightly in a bowl
2 tbsp. white sugar
3-4 cups water
Directions:
1. Making papaya balls with a ball cutter, then transfer to another bowl.

2. In a wok, bring 2 cups water to a boil, add 2 tbsp. white sugar, cook until the sugar melts. Then dump into a bowl, add 1-2 cup water in the bowl again.
3. Add the sugar sauce back into whisked egg (the ratio of which is 2:1) according to the picture below, stirring clockwise until it starts to foam.


4. Pour the sugar egg mixture over papaya balls.

5. Put a large pot of water on to a boil, put on the basket, then put on the bowl in question, cover and steam over high heat until steam appears, which will take about 10 minutes, then reduce heat to low, continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
6. When finished, dump into a bowl and serve hot.
