Angled or Angles luffa is a kind of gourd which are often used in Chinese cuisine, it does not have its own flavor while can absorb others flavor during cooking.

Chinese Okra, "Dishwater Gourd" and Silk Squash.
Usage:
The same as tofu and cloud ears, angled luffa does not have its own flavor, but it can absorb other foods flavors that cooked together with it. Often it is used in soups and stir-fries.
Storage:
Please wrap it tightly with plastic covers then store it in the vegetable crisper section of your refrigerator.
