Cress
Cress is an edible fast-growing herb plant which is related to mustard and water cress; it has a sharp while biting flavor and it’s often add to soups, sandwiches, and salads.

Purchasing Tips:
When choosing cress, we recommend you to select the firm ones that have evenly green color meanwhile avoid the cress which has wilted sprouts.
Storage:
Firstly store cress in plastic bags, and then refrigerate it for up to 5 days. To expand the period, you can stick cress stems in a bottle of water then after that refrigerate it until it’s needed, please remember to change the water every two days.
Nutritional and Health Benefits:
Cress is rich in calcium, folic acid, iron, and vitamin A and C. The stems, flowers, and its seeds are edible as well.
