Cucumber

Pubtime:2009-12-11

The common cucumber is a kind of oblong, crunchy vegetable with tiny spines around, commonly with green color and has a mild flavor. Chinese cucumbers are often used in stir-fries, salad and other Chinese cuisine. Chinese cucumbers are quite different from the common ones as they have deep flavors, which ranges from mild to bitter with a variety of lengths and colors.
