Hot Mustard

Hot mustard is a yellow-brown paste usually made by mixing dry mustard powder with water or other liquid. After a chemical reaction can result in the extreme hot taste, which can cause the eyes to water. In Chinese cuisine, hot mustard is a famous condiment, usually served with appetizers, sesame oil and rice vinegar may also be added during that process.
