Oyster Sauce
Oyster sauce is a flavorful sauce which is Asian in origin, it is made from boiled oysters, then reduced until desired viscosity is reached. It is used to enhance the flavors of many dishes, you can use in stir-fries, drizzle over steamed rice or vegetables, or toss with noodles, and spaghetti.

Vegetarian Substitution:
It is possible to find vegetarian versions in many supermarkets, which is made with mushrooms, usually called “oyster mushrooms”, indeed it is as great as the typical one.
Purchasing tips:
You are supposed to choose the higher-priced ones if possible, as low-priced are usually contain MSG, or other seasonings.
Storage:
Once opened, please store in a closed jar, and refrigerate.
