Pasta Ketchup Meatballs Sauce
This is a perfect recipe when you want big flavors on a small budget. In fact, the satisfying, low-fat pasta is fully flavored, and nutritious as well.

Utensils:
Oven, wok, pot, bowl.
Serves 2.
Ingredients:
1/2-1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 package of pasta
7 oz. / 200 g ground pork
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 bread slice, tear into small pieces, about 1/2-inch length

Sauce:
2 tbsps. ketchup
1 tbsp. minced garlic clove
1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl, stir clockwise until fully blended.

2. Form the mixture into tiny meatballs of about 2-inches diameter, and place on a plate for later use.

3. Lightly whisk 2 tbsps. ketchup, minced garlic clove, and 1 tbsp. olive oil together in a separate bowl for sauce.

4. Pour the sauce over the meatballs evenly.

5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, then bake until heated through, about 15 minutes.
6. While baking meatballs, please boil the pasta in a separate wok according to the directions on the package, then drain well in a colander, remove to a bowl for later use.
7. Spoon the sauce over the pasta before serving.
