Chinese MeatBalls Recipe
Chinese meatballs are very famous around the world, which features the crispy crust and meaty taste. If you are in the mood to make meatballs at home, why don't give these meatballs a try?

Utensils:
Wok, colander, bowl, serving plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
10 oz./ 300 g ground pork
4 bunches rapeseed plant (any greens will work in this recipe)
5 tbsps. vegetable oil for deep-frying
Seasoning A:
1 tbsp. sugar, or to taste
1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger root
1 tbsp. light soy sauce, low-sodium
1 tbsp. Chinese rice wine, or dry sherry
1 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 4 tsps. water
1 raw egg, beaten
Seasoning B:
1 tbsp. light soy sauce, low-sodium
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 4 tsps. water
Directions:
1. Mix ground pork with Seasoning A and 1-2 tbsps. water in a bowl, stirring clockwise until sticky.
2. Form the mixture into four meatballs of about 2-inches diameter.
3. Heat 5 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until it is shimmering on the bottom and very hot but not yet smoking, deep fry meatballs over medium heat until quite firm. Then remove from the wok and drain in a colander or on kitchen papers, set aside on a plate for later use.
4. Place rapeseed plants in boiling water and blanch briefly until tender but still crisp, then remove to cold water to stop the cooking, drain well and set aside for later use.

5. Bring 1-2 cups water to a boil in a separate wok, add Seasoning B and meatballs back, simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens, garnish with rapeseed plant before severing.

Tips:
1. When you make ground meat, add some fat pork, which will make meatballs delicious and succulent. Also can make them oblate for it's easy to be cooked.
