Garlicky Meat Stir-fry Recipe
If you are a garlic lover, you need to give this garlicky flavored meat stir-fry recipe a try, it is easy to master and very fast to make.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
7 oz./ 200 g pork, dice into small cubes
15 garlic cloves
1 green pepper, seed, diced
1 red pepper, seeded, diced
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. chicken essence
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
3 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. Preheat a wok over high for 30 seconds until hot, then add 3 tbsps. vegetable oil, swirl to coat the surface until hot, stir fry meat cubes over medium high heat for about 2 minutes.
2. Add garlic cloves as soon as the meat turns white.

3. Swirl into 1 tbsp. light soy sauce when the garlic is aromatic, stir to mix well, and then add into 1/2 cup water, dail down to simmer for another 4 minutes.

4. When the sauce thickens, add diced peppers, 1 tbsp. chicken essence, and season with salt, stir fry briefly to mix everything together.
5. Remove from the wok to a plate, serve hot.
