Garlicky Pork Slices Recipe
This juicy pork slices recipe is a great example of how just a couple of ingredients to creat a terrific Chinese cuisine. For a little spicier version, try adding red hot pepper flakes along with chili bean sauce.

Serves 3
Ingredients:
7oz. / 200 g pork
5 garlic cloves, finely crushed
2 tbsps. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. chili bean sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsps. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. chicken essence
Directions:
1. Rinse pork through warm water, drain well and cut into chunks.
2. Cook pork chunks in boiling water until done, then drain well and slice into thin strips, arrange neatly on a serving plate.
3. In a bowl, blend all the seasonings with crushed garlic cloves, mix well and splash on the pork slices evenly, serve then.
