Garlicky Crispy Sausage Recipe
The garlicky crispy sausage recipe is great when you want something special for your dinner tonight. And you probably will need both hands to eat up these amazing sausages as well.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 sausage meat remove from casings
2 tbsps. crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
Directions:
1. Slice the sausage according to the picture, then lay them out on the wok, turn on the heat to medium.


2. When desired doneness is reached, remove from the heat, dry on kitchen papers then.

3. In a separate wok, saute the crushed garlic cloves and chopped cilantro with 1 tbsp. olive oil until aromatic, about 20 seconds, then add the cooked sausage back.

4. Cook, stirring to mix everything together, dish out and serve immediately.
