Lucky Fried Pork Recipe
This is a western style Chinese dish, with western shape and Chinese flavour. If you are a freshman of Chinese cooking, this is a good chance to achieve basic skills like cutting and frying.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, colander, bowl, serving plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup bread crumbs
1 raw egg, beaten, whisked lightly with pinch of salt
21 oz./ 600 g pork, cut into thick slices (P1)
2 tbsps. vegetable oil, for stir-frying
Marinade:
4 tbsps. light soy sauce
4 tbsps. sugar
2 tbsps. cornstarch
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine pork slices with the marinade, let them marinate for 20 minutes (P2).
2. Coat the marinaded pork lightly with egg cream, then coat with bread crumbs evenly (P3).

3. Preheat a wok over high heat for 1 minute before adding 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, heat until hot, deep fry pork slices over medium heat until golden brown (P4).
4. Drain well in a colander, serve on a plate, garnish with lemon wedges if desired.

Tips:
You had better use long bamboo chopsticks when frying pork, for it's more secure and convenient for you.
