Pork and Green Pepper Stir-fry Recipe
This is a mouth watering Chinese food recipe, the spicy pork works perfectly with soft textured green pepper, and the chili bean sauce really brings them together.

Utensils:
Wok, 2 serving plates.
Serves 3
Ingredients:
3.5 oz./ 100 g green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
9 oz./ 250 g pork, cut across the grain into thin strips, 1-inch length
1 tbsp. chili bean sauce
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Preheat a wok over medium-high heat for 1 minute before adding 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, heat until hot, stir fry pork for about 1 minute, or until white.
2. Stir into 1 tbsp. chili bean sauce, stirring and tossing the mixture around the wok for 30 seconds.
3. Finally, put green peppers back into the wok, stir fry over medium high heat for 2 minutes, or until soft. Then add salt and adjust seasoning, cook briefly to mix everything together.
4. Remove from the wok to a serving plate, serve hot.
