Sausage and Wine Recipe
This recipe is a great combination of sausage and wine, and its intense flavor, rich texture go great with things like cake, bread, and fresh berries.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1/2 cup wine
2-3 sausages meat, removed from casings, cut into 1/2-inch length sections

Directions:
1. Soak the sausage in the wine for about 2 hours before cooking.
2. Preheat a wok over high heat for at least 30 seconds before adding the sausage and wine ( do not over do this, simply cover the sausage is ok).

3. Bring to a gentle boil, then lower to simmer until the sauce are absorbs.
4. Remove from the wok to a plate, top with a sprinkling of your favorite sauce before serving.
