Spicy and Sour Pork Cubes Recipe
Juicy pork, radish, red pepper, and celery cubes combine to make this fantastic Chinese cuisine, enjoy!

Serves 2
Ingredients:
14 oz./ 200 g pork
2 red pepper, stemmed
7 oz./ 100 g white radish
3 oz./ 50 g celery
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp. chicken essence
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt, or to taste
5 tbsps. vegetable oil
Directioins:
1. Cut pork into small cubes, combine with salt and cornstarch, mix well and let them marinate for about 20 minutes, then add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, mix well.
2. Cut red pepper, white radish and celery into small cubes.
3. Preheat a wok for about 1 minute before adding 3 tbsps. vegetable oil, heat until the oil is hot, saute chopped scallion and ginger until aromatic, about 20 seconds. Stir fry pork cubes over medium high heat until lightly brown, then add 1 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine and 1 tbsp. light soy sauce, stir fry to mix them well.

4. Add white radish and red pepper cubes, continue to cook.

5. Add celery cubes, stir into oyster sauce and chicken essence, season with sugar and salt, keep stirring for another 2 minutes.
6. Add 1/4 cup chicken stock, stir to thicken, dish out into a plate, serve hot.
