Beer-scented Chicken Wings Recipe
Everyone loves chicken wings, but when you feel like changing the routine, this deliciously different beer-scented chicken wings recipe is just the thing.

Utensils:
Wok, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
5 balck mushrooms
5 chicken wings, chop into 1-inch sections
1/2-1 cup beer
4 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
3 slices ginger
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Seasonings:
4 chilies
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 star anise
2 pieces Chinese cinnamon
Directions:
1. Heat 2 tbsps. vegetable oil in the wok over high heat, drizzling the oil to coat both the sides and the bottom of the wok, saute scallion, ginger, and garlic briefly until aromatic, about 20 seconds, then cook chicken wings over high heat, wrinkled and lightly browned through, about 5 minutes.

2. Add all the seasonings into the wok in which it was cooked, pour into 1/2-1 cup beer, then the mushrooms, bring to a boil, then lower the heat to medium and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.

3. When the liquid is reduced, remove from the wok to a plate, serve hot.
