Spicy Chicken Stir-fry Recipe
In this classic Chinese food recipe, chicken breast is the real secret, as it gives a better texture and contents less fat. I bet you will want to have plenty of bread ready for!

Utensils:
Wok, bowl, serving plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
10 oz. / 300 g chicken breast, cut into 1-inch sections.
1 green pepper, seeds and ribs removed, cut lengthwise in half, then cut into 2-inches sections
2 slices ginger
1 red pepper
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Seasonings:
A: 1 tsp. light soy sauce, 1tsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. crushed garlic cloves
B: 1 tsp. chili bean sauce
C: 1 tsp. light soy sauce, 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger root, 1 tsp. white sugar, 1 tsp. cornstarch
D: 1 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Before cooking, combine chicken breast with seasoning A in a bowl, let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok over high heat, when the oil is hot, saute ginger slices and seasoning B. Add chicken breast back into the wok, stirring and cooking over medium heat until golden brown, which will take about 3 minutes.

3. Then put green and red pepper cubes in, add seasoning C and stirring until well mixed.
4. Serve on a plate then, top with a sprinkling of seasoning D if desired.

Tips:
1. Chicken breast is very healthy as its low fat content.
