Chicken Wings and Chestnuts Stir-fry Recipe
An almost new way to cook your favorite chicken wings - adding chestnuts while cooking, see how its done.

Utensils:
Wok, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
7 oz./ 200 g chicken wings, chop into 1-inch sections
3.5 oz./ 100 g chestnuts, peeled
2 ginger slices
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
2 tbsps. chili bean sauce
1/2-1 cup chicken stock
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. Preheat a wok over medium high heat for about 30 seconds, add 2 tbsps. vegetable oil and swirl to coat the surface of the wok until hot, stir fry chestnuts for about 1 minute.

2. Add scallion, ginger, and chili bean sauce, saute briefly until aromatic, about 30 seconds, then add chicken wings back.
3. Pour into 1/2-1 cup chicken stock and bring to a gentle boil.
4. Reduce heat to simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from the wok to a plate, serve immediately.
