Chicken Wings Mushrooms Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients:
4 chicken wings, cut into sections if needed
6 dried black mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
3 garlic cloves
2 slices ginger
2 tbsps. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsps. rice wine
5 tbsps. light soy sauce
1 cup beer
2 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. Soften the dried black mushrooms by soaking in warm water for 20 minutes, trim off the stems, and squeeze out any excess water. In the meantime, combine the chicken wings with 3 tbsps. light soy sauce and 2 tbsps. rice wine in a bowl, let marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok until hot, saute scallion, ginger and galric until aromatic, about 30 seconds, do not brown.

3. Cook the chicken wings over medium high heat until lightly browned through, which will take about 3 minutes.

4. Add 1 cup beer, black mushrooms and the remaining 2 tbsps. light soy sauce into the wok in question, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, and then turn them over, continue to cook for another 8 minutes, or until the liquid thickens.

5. Remove from the wok to a plate, top with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds before serving.
