Spicy Chicken Wings Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients:
5-8 chicken wings, rinse well
1-2 tbsps. light soy suace
1-2 tbsps. chili bean sauce
1-2 tbsps. sugar
1-2 tbsps. salt, or to taste
3-5 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:
1. In a big mixing bowl, combine chicken wings with 1-2 tbsps. light soy sauce, and 1-2 tbsps. chili bean sauce, let them set for 15 minutes.
2. Preheat a wok over medium high heat for 30 seconds, before adding 3-5 tbsps. vegetable oil, add sugar, and stir fry over medium high heat for 1 minute, then add chicken wings, keep stirring over high heat until brown.
3. When nears done, taste and season with salt, mix well.
4. Remove form the wok to a plate, serve hot then.
