Home-made Red-cooking Lamb Recipe
In this home-made Chinese lamb recipe, you will enjoy the fantastic combination of lamb and carrot, which is really delicious.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
14 oz. / 400 g lamb
7 oz./ 200 g carrot, cut into small cubes
3 onions, slice thin
1 cup beer
1 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tsp. sugar, or to taste
3 tbsps. vegetable oil, for stir-frying
Seasonings:
1 stalk scallion, cut into sections
3 slices ginger
1 tbsp. Sezchuan peppercorn
1 star anise
1 chili pepper
Directioins:
1. Rinse the lamb well through cold running water, then cut into 1/2-1 inch cubes.
2. Preheat a wok over high for 1 minute before adding 3 tbsps. vegetable oil, heat until hot, then stir fry lamb cubes over high heat until color changes, then stir into Chinese cooking wine, sugar, salt, light soy sauce, stir to mix well.
3. Add beer and carrot cubes, simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes, add water if necessary, stirring occasionally.
4. At last, add onion slices, continue to cook for 2-4 minutes until cooked.

5. Dish out into bowls, serve hot.
