Lemon-scented Chicken Breast Recipe
This tasty recipe is a great example of how lemon really enhance the flavor of chicken breast, and you only need 10 minutes to cook this deliciously different chicken breast recipe.

Wok, saucepan, bowl, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 lemon wedges
2 chicken breasts, 7 oz./ 200 g each
2 tbsps. ground black pepper
1/3 cup lemon juice concentrate
1 tsp. slat, or to taste
2 tsps.white sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 4 tbsps. water
2-4 tbsps. vegetable oil for pan-frying
Directions:
1. Heat 2-4 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok until hot, pan-fry chicken breast for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Then remove from the wok, slice well and set aside.

2. Place the cornstarch and water mixture, white sugar, salt, ground balck pepper in a saucepan with 1 cup water to cover, bring to a gentle boil.
3. Reduce heat to low, add lemon juice, simmerring and stirring to thicken.
4. Arrange chicken breast slices neatly on a serving plate, spoon the glaze evenly over it, garnishing with lemon wedges before serving.
