Onion Chicken Wings Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients:
6 chicken wings, rinse well
1/2 onion, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
4 slices ginger
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
3 tbsps. vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Rinse the chicken wings well under running water, drain well.
2. Combine chicken wings with ginger, light soy sauce, and sugar in a mixing bowl, let them marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Preheat a wok over high for about 1 minute, heat 3 tbsps. vegetable oil until hot, saute chopped scallion for about 20 seconds, or until aromatic, do not brown.
4. Add chicken wings, onion, 1-2 cus water, and 1 tbsp. oyster sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium high heat, simmer for about 8 minutes.
5. Add honey, cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, dish out and serve hot.
