Orange Chicken Wings Stir-fry Recipe
This famous Chinese food features orange-scented chicken wings, also with some sesame seeds flavor. It is easy to master and quick to make.

Ingredients:
6 chicken wings, rinse well
2 oranges
1 slice ginger, cut julienne
2 tbsps. light soy sauce
2 tbsps. sugar
1 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
3 tbsps. vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Rinse the chicken wings well under running water, drain well, and combine with ginger slices, light soy sauce, sugar, Chinese cooking wine in a bowl, combine to mix well, let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
2. Preheat a wok over high heat for 1 minute, then add 3 tbsps. vegetable oil, heat until hot, pan fry chicken wings over medium high heat until bothsides turn golden brown.
3. Peel oranges well, cut into cubes then.
4. Add the matinade and orange cubes into the wok in which it was cooked, add 1 cup water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium high heat, simmer until the sauce thickens.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, dish out and serve hot.
