Pekin Duck and Celery Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 Pekin Duck
3 stalks celery
1 tsp. minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. white sugar
Directions:
1. Slice the Pekin duck.
2. Cut the celery diagonally into 1-inch length.
3. Put a large pot of water on to a boil, blanch the celery until colour turns out jade green, which will take about 30 seconds, drain well in a colander and put into a bowl of cold water to stop cooking.
4. Add 1 tsp. minced garlic cloves and all the seasonings in a bowl, stirring to mix everything well.
5. Lay the celery on the bottom of the serving plate, place the Pekin duck strips over, Spoon over the sauce lightly before serving.
