Red Wine Chicken Wings Stir-fry Recipe
This famous Chinese food features red wine-scented chicken wings, healthier and all, enjoy.

Ingredients:
12 chicken wings, rinse well
1 tbsp. salt, or to taste
1 tbsp. chicken essence
1 tbsp. sugar, or to taste, mixed with 1 cup water
1/2 – 1 cup red wine
2 slices ginger
1 stalk scallion, cut into sections
1 tbsp. Szechuan peppercorns
3 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsps. vegetable oil, for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a bowl, parboil the chicken wings for 1 minute, drain well and combine with salt, and red wine in a mixing bowl, let them marinate for about 30 minutes.

2. Preheat a wok over high heat until hot, about 1 minute, then add 3 tbsps. vegetable oil, heat until hot, saute ginger slices, scallion sections until aromatic, about 30 seconds, do not brown.
3. Then add the chicken wings back into the wok, add 2-3 cups chicken stocks, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low and simmer for about 1 hour.

4. Cook until the sauce thickens, add chicken sauce, stir fry to mix everything together, then drizzle with sesame oil, dish on a plate, serve hot.
